The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, serving Khao Soi every morning that was simply mind-blowing! The owners, who are outstanding chefs, prepared delicious and reasonably priced food. The location was perfect, right by the old town, making it convenient to explore and take quick breaks. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us in setting up great-priced excursions. The room with a fan was comfortable and the bed was huge. The view from the balcony during New Year's Eve was jaw-dropping. Being only a 1-minute walk from Tha Phae gate and close to all the attractions in the old city, VIP House offered great value for the price. Dutfan, the owner, was a smiling and caring host who ensured all our needs were met. The family-run atmosphere and convenient location make V.I.P. House a top choice when visiting this incredible destination.

I always stay at this place in Chiang Mai. Staff recommended currency exchange. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, airport shuttle, massage, laundry, TV room. VIP check-in, breakfast in room. No pets. AC. No smoking. Perfect for my city break. Always coming back, no regrets.

We had a great stay at a perfect hotel in the best area. the hotel was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. We had hot water and a fridge, which was convenient. We arrived early in the morning and the hotel allowed us to check in at 10am. the staff were friendly and the reception area was pleasant.

I recently stayed at this charming guesthouse in the heart of the city. It's my go-to place whenever I visit. Despite being an older establishment, the cozy and clean atmosphere is always maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to buses, taxis, restaurants, and massage parlors within walking distance. Engaging in deep conversations with them was a highlight of my stay. The owner speaks fluent Italian and has adorable children.
I do recommend this hotel.

The staff, especially Ken, was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. The location of V.I.P. House was perfect, just a minute away from Taphae Gate and the Chiang Mai Sunday Night Market. We found it easy to catch public transport from the hotel.
The bed was a little uncomfortable, with a soft mattress that didn't fit properly on the frame. Additionally, the bathroom had leaking pipes, leaving the floor constantly wet.

Impressive, they kindly requested to be informed about my arrival time, as if I were some kind of V.I.P. Walking distance to all the touristy stuff. They even have a tour desk!
Just a minor detail, the bathroom door handle was broken. I guess they wanted to give me some thrilling moments!

The hotel room had a tiny balcony, providing a cute and cozy atmosphere for our romantic escape. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel provided complimentary bottles of water and sachets of shampoo, which was a thoughtful gesture. the location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was conveniently situated near the bustling old town area, with plenty of attractions and the famous city gate just a stone's throw away.
We found the beds to be uncomfortable, with mattresses that didn't quite fit onto the bed frames properly. This resulted in some tipping off during the night, making for a less-than-ideal sleeping experience.
